The Einherjar are great and mighty warriors of old. They were chosen by Odin's Valkyries from among a battle's fallen warriors to be taken to and trained in Valhalla. However, Freya had first pick from among these warriors. It was part of an ancient agreement that she receives half of the chosen Einherjar. These brave men and women were taken to Freya's hall, Folkvangr, instead. Regardless of where these warriors were taken, they are all extremely well trained and capable of defending their Keeper from any and all malicious entities and spirits. They will bolster their Keeper's resolve, self-confidence, as well as strengthen their will and increase motivation towards physical exercise and getting into shape, and in time will come to see their Keeper as well as their family as their own kin.
