SHIPPING POLICY
Please be aware that for Conjuration- Divination- Reiki- and Spell listings, we will not be shipping you any physical items, as everything we perform on your behalf is bound to the Spirit directly, and not to a physical object. This also obviously means that there will be no shipping costs involved.
Time to complete a service varies; single conjurations and spells typically take up to a week to complete, while readings are guaranteed to be completed within 24 hours of us reading the question. Higher class spirits, bulk conjurations, and our stronger spells can take longer.
One-Night Stands need at least 3 days advance notice for scheduling.
Items will be marked as shipped once service is complete. This is for administrative purposes.
REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
We do not offer refunds on spells, conjurations, reiki sessions, and readings/divinations.
As most of our items are not physical, there are no returns, however, if you are for any reason wanting a spirit conjured by us unbound, we are happy to provide this service for free.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please be aware that we never work with Black Magick, Black Arts beings, and/or Demonic beings on behalf of our clients. We will also not perform any magick on an individual if we deem it to violate free will. We therefore reserve the right to refuse performing a spell or conjuration on your behalf if we deem the spirit or spell requested to fall in any of these catagories.
Be advised that we will not sell any of our items to clients below the age of 18.
Please also be aware that for medical conditions, whether mental or physical, you should always consult the appropriate trained, licensed professional. The items sold in this store are not a replacement or substitute for professional help.
Regarding our Reiki services, please be aware of the following: Reiki is not a cure for physical or mental illness. Please seek proper medical care for any illness or concerns. Since the treatment is long-distance and the client is never physically involved with or present for the treatment, there is no risk of exposure to harmful chemicals, etc. This information is provided in accordance with California Proposition 65.
